Chris is an award-winning writer with a Bachelor's Degree in journalism. His articles and columns have appeared in publications such as The Washington Post, The Toronto Star, The Calgary Herald and The Independent of South Africa. His work has also been featured by the CBC and on the website of the UN’s World Food Program. Chris has contributed to newspapers, books, magazines, websites and a documentary.
